Meet Rupert - our guide dog in training

Did you know that every day, 250 people in the UK start to lose their sight?

The services provided by Guide Dogs enable thousands of people with sight loss to lead confident, independent and fulfilling lives, with every pound raised making a difference.

When Harps saw Guide Dogs at the Optical Show in London back in April, she could not turn down the opportunity to help such a noble cause, and one which is very close to our hearts.

Harper and Cooper now sponsor Rupert who we are watching grow from a six-week-old bundle of fur to a fully-qualified guide dog. After 24 months of training, Rupert will give freedom and independence to someone with sight loss, and we will then have the opportunity to sponsor a new recruit!

If you feel inspired to support this national charity, and would like Guide Dogs to help change more lives, sponsoring a puppy is a great way to do this! There are many ways you can help the charity, such as rehoming a guide dog and being a blind dog puppy raiser! Read more here

We really hope that our sponsorship helps Guide Dogs to continue their life-changing work, transforming the lives of those living with sight loss and blindness through research, raising awareness and campaigning for the visually impaired.
